Our areas "off the beaten path" welcome you in a frame of simplicity and discretion, authenticity and charm for a evening dinner. Our dinners are accompanied by candle lights in our summer patio, on the terrace and in winter in our two rooms around our old fireplace.

Our Gourmet Stop intends to highlight a creative and refined cuisine. For this, recipes prepared with love are offered to you. They create a the mixture of flavors, audacity and inventiveness. On this occasion, you will be able to make surprising culinary experiences with traditional Mediterranean influences but also imbued with cultural riches from various continents, with varied and tasty seasonings. In search of a superior quality of meat, fish and vegetables, we have made the choice of organic, natural by providing us with fresh products exclusively regional. Our meat and poultry, from free-range farming, come from small slaughter structures and family breeding structures in the Cévennes. On the other hand, all our meats are matured. This maturation work, like the aging of the wine or the ripening of the cheese, requires time (between 12 and 14 days) and a unique know-how on the part of the butchers. This step is decisive in obtaining a quality meat, melting and with an exceptionally tasty taste.
Our wine cellar offers a large selection of ancient and new grape varieties of the Languedoc-Roussillon.
Dinners are held around mainly a large table of 8 and 6 people where you sup all together in the atmosphere of old times around one big table (we always ask if you have allergies or do not eat certain ingredients?in this case we ask you to contact us and we will create the diners around your allergies).
Following our concept it is very important to book at least 24 hours in advance and arrive at least 30 minutes before serving so we can show you your parking-lot and welcome you with an aperitif and appetizer before moving to the tables at 8:30 pm to order your drinks or wine and start the service with starter, main course, cheese and dessert.

The wintertime, dinners are held around the big chimney of our old stone farmhouse in the south of france. in fine weather, meals are served in our nice and shady patio. We dedicate all our care to offer you a fond of good food, inventive and refined kitchen.
To allow us to receive you at best for the days of miscellaneousness festivities, we kindly ask you to reserve at least 3 - 7 days beforehand
