Reservation

After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Your reservation will be valid upon receipt of full payment for your stay (see detailed conditions below) by credit card, amex or immediate transfer.

For all offers of flexible, promotional, refundable or non-refundable rates and stays with several services (dinners or massages), the full amount will be cashed or paid at the time of booking.

In case of cancellation of your stay with a refundable rate 44 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the total amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of the payment received from you.

In the event of cancellation of a refundable rate of your stay 45 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be due. In the case of a premature departure during a stay of a fixed duration, the full amount of the reservation will also be due.

If you cannot honor your reservation but want someone else to benefit from it, no other charge will be taken into account.

To meet the needs of possible postponements of your booked stays, we offer You to postpone your stay free of charge up to the day of your arrival within 12 months. This rate is also available on our various promotional offers to choose from (see the rates and conditions displayed outside the reservation.

Your day of arrival is considered the first day of your reservation. The rooms are available from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. (unless you notify us of a late arrival or if you have booked our Gourmet Stop, which starts at 8:30 p.m.).

To facilitate in times of Covid-19, we offer a web check-in whose link is in your first email received from us via our loungeup messaging service. We kindly ask you to use this form for a web check-in with information from your identity card or passport.

A second email containing a preparation form for your stay will be sent to you. This will allow us to better support and serve you during your stay. You can indicate your preferences for breakfast (all uneaten products must be discarded). You could also book a possible passage to our Halte Gourmande for the evening dinner or communicate to us during your stay other wishes.

The day of departure is considered the last day of your reservation until 11:30 a.m. A tourist tax of 0.50 euros per person over 13 years old will be added to the price of the night.

The balance of your stay as well as the other services and tables d'hôtes added after the reservation will be paid on site.

Reservations can be made by phone, email or online.

For a request of arrival in advance or a late departure, it will be necessary to foresee an additional cost of 20€.
